Return and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for choosing Tribuilt Interiors. We are committed to providing high-quality cabinet installations, modifications, flooring, and interior finish work. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which service cancellations, rescheduling, or refund requests may be considered.

🔹 Terms of Return (Eligibility Window)

Since our services are labor-based and delivered on-site, we do not accept physical product returns. However, if you are not satisfied with the service provided, you must notify us within 7 calendar days of job completion for us to review and address the concern.

🔹 State of Return (Applicable Work Conditions)

Service concerns must be based on:

  • Incomplete or unsatisfactory installation workmanship
     
  • Work that does not align with the approved quote/scope
     
  • Minor touch-ups or corrections required due to installation issues
     

We do not offer refunds or corrections for:

  • Pre-existing site conditions (e.g. uneven walls/floors, faulty cabinet materials)
     
  • Client-provided materials that are defective or incorrect
     
  • Design or measurement errors not performed by our team
     

🔹 Reason for Return

Valid reasons to request corrections, rescheduling, or potential refunds may include:

  • Work performed not matching the agreed-upon scope
     
  • Installation defects resulting from our craftsmanship
     
  • Project canceled prior to labor being scheduled
     

🔹 Process for Returns or Service Concerns

To initiate a service return or issue claim:

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 7 days of service completion.
     
  2. Provide your name, service address, and a detailed explanation of the concern.
     
  3. Attach supporting photos or documentation, if applicable.
     
  4. Allow up to 3 business days for us to review your request.

🔹 Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original form of payment.
     
  • Refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your financial institution.
     
  • Refunds are limited to amounts paid in advance or deposits, and do not apply once labor has been completed.
     

In some cases, a return visit or rework will be offered in place of a refund to resolve the issue.

🔹 Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance may receive a full refund of any deposit.
     
  • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the job may result in a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted amount.
     
  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your scheduled time may also incur a rescheduling fee, based on crew availability.
